​Credence Homes, INC., is a For- Profit Intensive Home Care Provider, serving Veteran’s and Individual’s with Intellectual Disabilities in Polk County, Florida. We intend to serve surrounding areas such as Kissimmee, Florida in the future.  Our Person –Centered  approach to service delivery will not only be effective but tailored to meet their “special “ needs. We designed our Care Model for individuals enrolled in the Self Direction Program. Credence Homes LLC , strongly believe that intensive support given at home will be more effective that institutionalize care.
